The San Gabriel barge fleeting and mooring facility is located at Km 1633 of the Paraguay River, in Blanco Cué, Asunción, on the left bank, with 1,320 meters of riverfront. It offers a long-stay mooring area as well as transit mooring for operations.
The base is equipped with high-resolution CCTV systems and Starlink connectivity for real-time monitoring, and with towboats for towing and convoy make-up. The premises can accommodate warehouses, industrial buildings and offices for the exclusive use of clients.

ISPS
International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, adopted by the International Maritime Organization. The San Gabriel mooring facility operates under this code at Security Level 1.

MARPOL
International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, adopted by the International Maritime Organization. It governs our waste and discharge management protocols, both aboard the fleet and at the mooring facility. Our operations also hold an environmental license issued by MADES.

Fleet Classification
RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) and ClassNK (Nippon Kaiji Kyokai) are classification societies and members of IACS. The barges in our fleet were built under the rules of one or the other.
