Alianza Barlovento operates with a highly specialized workforce, integrated into ongoing training programs in industrial safety and operational excellence. Our team includes naval engineers trained at the (Escuela Náutica de la Armada – ENA) and electromechanical and industrial engineers from the country’s leading universities.
Continuous training covers first aid and CPR techniques, man overboard rescue, emergency brigade management, and the correct use of personal protective equipment, contributing to the development of Paraguay’s naval sector and reflecting our institutional values.
