Alianza Barlovento operates two shipyards strategically located along the Río Paraguay, just 1.5 kilometers apart. The INAVE GROUP Shipyard is located in Nueva Asunción, Villa Hayes, Chaco’i, at Km 1631.5 of the Río Paraguay, Right Bank, with 13 hectares of surface area and approximately 250 meters of operational shoreline. The San Gabriel Shipyard is located at Km 1633 of the Río Paraguay, in Blanco Cué, Asunción, Left Bank, with 12,000 m² and 115 meters of shoreline. Both naval facilities are equipped with high-resolution CCTV systems and Starlink connectivity for real-time monitoring, with room for expansion for the development of industrial buildings and technical offices exclusive to clients.
Our dry-docking facilities can simultaneously handle up to 12 vessels, distributed across primary, secondary and alternate slipways. The haul-out process is carried out using a 120 HP electric winch and marine airbags, ensuring safe maneuvering for large-tonnage vessels. We are also planning the implementation of our own floating dry dock to optimize operational response times.
The San Gabriel Berth, authorized by PGN Resolution No. 59/14 and MADES Environmental License No. 2609/2020, completes our infrastructure with 850 meters of riverfront on the Paraguay River, offering long-stay mooring areas, transit operational moorings and emergency technical assistance.
