Authorized by PGN Resolution No. 59/14 and MADES Environmental License No. 2609/2020, the San Gabriel Berth extends 850 meters along the left bank of the Paraguay River and 160 meters over the water surface, in the locality of Blanco Cué, Asunción. With capacity for up to 196 Mississippi-type barges and 140 Jumbo Paraná-type barges, it represents one of the most complete mooring infrastructures on the Paraguayan waterway.
The facility features dedicated zones for long-stay mooring, transit operational moorings and emergency technical assistance in the event of convoy breakaways. Equipped with concrete anchors, synthetic and steel mooring lines, directional lighting, a 10-meter surveillance watchtower, a floating dock for logistical supply, and a high-resolution CCTV system with Starlink connectivity for real-time remote monitoring, the berth operates under ISPS Code Security Level I and MARPOL compliance. Its location adjacent to one of our shipyards ensures immediate technical response to any operational contingency.

San Gabriel Berth
We provide dedicated zones for long-stay mooring, transit operational moorings and emergency technical assistance. The facility includes concrete anchors, synthetic and steel mooring lines, security guard posts, public and directional lighting, custody tugboats for assistance in the event of convoy breakaways, and a floating dock for logistical supply.

Surveillance & Protection
Our security unit provides permanent coverage across berths in the central zone, with the capacity to extend operations to other areas of the Paraguay and Paraná rivers. We operate fast patrol vessels, aerial surveillance drones, a 10-meter watchtower, intruder deterrent equipment and a high-resolution CCTV system with Starlink connectivity for real-time remote monitoring, with coordinated responses from our operations center for the escort of sensitive cargo and crisis management in accordance with the ISPS Code.

RSO — Recognized Security Organization
As a Recognized Security Organization (RSO), we develop Ship Security Plans (SSP), Port Facility Security Plans (PFSP) and Security Risk Assessments, in compliance with applicable international regulations.
04.
Operational Training — GOLF · BLUE WOLF
Our personnel undergo specialized and ongoing training covering safe weapons handling, legal knowledge, self-defense, tactical deployments, boarding control, patrols and communications, inspection and identification of dangerous substances and devices, suspect detention, report writing and first aid.
