Alianza Barlovento operates with a highly specialized workforce, integrated into ongoing training programs in industrial safety and operational excellence. Our team includes naval engineers trained at the Nautical School of the Paraguayan Navy and electromechanical and industrial engineers from the country’s leading universities.
Continuous training covers first aid and CPR techniques, man-overboard rescue, emergency brigade management and the correct use of personal protective equipment, contributing to the development of the naval sector in Paraguay.
